7885866 - Power Clean
Course Description
Welcome to this module on Power Clean.
The power clean is an excellent exercise for developing athletic power, but its mechanics can be challenging to master. Unlike slower, more controlled lifts, the power clean demands precise timing, explosive movement, and proper sequencing across multiple joints to achieve full extension and move the load along an optimal path for power. This module breaks down the lift to help coaches teach, cue, and progress athletes safely and effectively.
